RAYTORC Flange Alignment

RAYTORC FAシリーズは、フランジ接合部のねじれや回転方向のズレ（ミスアライメント）を迅速かつ安全に矯正するために設計された、ポータブルで軽量なツールです。配管工事、試運転、日常メンテナンスにおいて不可欠なこれらのツールは、ほとんどの標準的なANSI、API、BS、DINフランジでの使用に適しています。チェーン、プーリー、リグといった複雑な外部リギング装置を不要にすることで、FAシリーズはセットアップ時間を大幅に短縮します。安全性を考慮したセーフティストラップが付属しており、あらゆるポジションに取り付けて使用可能です。操作は、ズレが最大となる箇所を特定し、ツールをアプリケーションにセットした後、モデルに応じて手動クランク入力、レンチ、または油圧ポンプを介して調整を行います
